Maiden of Midsummer Eve

June 20, 2014

It’s Midsummer eve.

This maid just come out of this painting

to wish you a peaceful celebration of midsummer.
She is surrounded by the rugged beauty of the Nordic nature,
blessed with the powerful energy from both land and sea.
Her salty hair kindles in the midnight sun,
and her aura shines in the shades of heather, fireweed and colours of a wild shore meadow.
I wish you all a joyful and blessed evening,
and happy moments around bond-fires (in Finland)!
